Each morning I wake up with a view of the majestic Pine Valley Mtns... The apartments are spacious, the walls well built (keeping the community mostly quiet), and the amenities are diligently maintained. Love the staff down in the office and the maintenance people!! I moved from Las Vegas, and it was a breath of fresh air right off the bat. First place I saw in person, and I liked it enough to apply then and there, and with the help of both the ladies in the office, I was able to see a place, and go through the process to apply and rent. I much prefer digital data entry for any application so I was secretly relieved to see that we could exchange a few emails with links to sites with everything needed, and I was able to do everything application wise on my phone, and I actually moved my stuff in the next day, and it was smooth. After seeing the place, right from their couches in the office lobby area we were able to do the entire process on the spot in an efficient way. (I'm sure they had paper had that been desired, but absolutely not be me). I also thought it was nice... after move-in ... (after I ignored the number for a couple of days that I didn't recognize and should have answered since I had some information, but was the office), the politeness when I eventually ended up stopping by to finalize it. When I stopped in, she was genuinely hoping everything was alright with me being MIA, and I thought that was nice and worth mentioning and leaving a review for... as Las Vegas had no such politeness. I like the place a lot and it has been a quite pleasant experience.

I absolutely love living at Coyote Creek Apartments! The management team is fantastic – they're loyal, honest, and always looking for ways to create fun activities for us residents to come together and enjoy. They’re super organized and very communicative, always giving the best responses when we need help. I also have to mention the maintenance guy, Von! He’s amazing – always on top of his job, has a smile on his face, and is so sweet to both kids and pets. His positive attitude shines through, no matter how big or tough the job is. Honestly, I would highly recommend Coyote Creek over any other place. The kindness, love, respect, and attention we get here is unmatched. Plus, the activities they organize really bring everyone together! If I could I would rate Coyote Creek Apartments a 10 star rating!?

Three months ago my family and I were in a place where we were paying way too much for what we got. I am so glad my wife found Coyote Creek online. We fell in love with Coyote Creek from the day that we had our tour. The office personnel made the move in process as painless as possible. We do not regret moving here. We have enjoyed every day here. You get way more for less here. I would expect to pay a lot more for this place. We live on the third floor and thank the good Lord that there's an elevator here. Makes getting a week's worth of groceries to the apartment a breeze. The view from our apartment is beyond amazing. We have seen some of most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that we have ever seen. We also love how quite it is here. Not a lot of road noise here. I have ran out of words about how much I love living here. I would recommend this place to anyone. My only warning is to be prepared to fall in love with this place from day one, just like my family and I did.

Living at Coyote Creek Apartments has been an incredible experience for my husband and me. From the moment we met Michal the leasing agent at the clubhouse, we knew we had found the right place. Michal was not only friendly and sweet but also extremely generous with her time and information. She gave us an extensive tour and provided details that no other complex had shared, making us fall in love with the townhome immediately she made the move in paperwork so much easier than we thought it would be. Thanks to Michal’s diligent efforts, we were quickly verified and approved for our new home. She kept us informed every step of the way, and before we knew it, we were accepted and were getting our keys and were moving in. Since then, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. We have encountered no issues, and the sense of community here is truly remarkable. The Office team, and maintenance including our new manager Vanessa, has been exceptionally welcoming. They go above and beyond to create a friendly and engaging atmosphere, regularly hosting fun events and ensuring residents feel supported. Their open smiles and genuine friendliness extend to our pets and children, making everyone feel at home. If you're looking for a place to live in Washington, Utah, I highly recommend Coyote Creek Apartments. The staff here is phenomenal, and the community is vibrant and supportive. I just moved in to Coyote Creek. The process was so much easier than in prior moves. Michal gave me the costs and detail and when I came in to sign the lease it was exactly what she had quoted down to the penny. I thank her for making my move the easiest ever. Then I met manager Venesa. What a great quality manager to have at the property. Her prior experIence and personal concern for her residents was impressive. I’ve only met a few managers in my years with her devotion to make our home the community clean and comfortable. I also got to meet Maintenance manager Vaughn. Guys we are taken care of. This man’s knowledge and experience was shown immediately as I had a mild concern. He corrected it fast and gave me a laugh afterward. I feel this home will be my best decision since moving to St. George. Thank you guys

The moment we walked in the door not only did it look clean it smelt clean as well. Nice and quiet. Plenty of wide open parking. The girls in the office were friendly and nice. I moved into the Coyote Creek Apartments in June of 2023. Candice single handedly helped me get my application approved. I have loved living here! I love the updated features, from the countertops to the floors. I live in a town-home, and I have never heard my neighbors through the walls. While I have not had a need for any repairs, Rudy has always been super responsive to any requests I have had. This is a very pet friendly community, and the grounds are well maintained.

I moved in about a month ago and i was in between another place and this one and let me say i am so happy i chose this apartment. i got a one bed one bath and the first thing i noticed was the high quality of the appliances, floors, carpet, and walls. the apartments are very quiet i only ever hear footsteps (very faint) above us but no sound to the left or right where we have neighbors. Candice was amazing, i’m usually more of a pessimist when it comes to stuff like getting approved and i make things harder than they are. it was very fast and simple to get us in here and Candice was so much help when it came to any hurdles my boyfriend and i had to get through. we were on a time crunch and she got us in within the week of the tour. Great community. Everyone i’ve met so far has been super nice. the internet was annoying to set up but no fault to the apartment complex. If you’re looking into renting i would definitely say this is a great place to live.

I absolutely LOVE living here!!!! The place is BEAUTIFUL!! Most people will come on here and complain about prices, and clearly they’ve never lived anywhere overpopulated that truthfully rips you off! The staff is amazing, it always feels like I’m being welcomed by my family when I come into the office. Candice did my tour when I first looked into the townhome, and she was so welcoming and relatable! The maintenance team has been very helpful and is always busy at work making the buildings look better!

Loved living in this community! They were great with my dogs, and the units were beautiful! I lived here for 2 years and only moved due to relocating to be near family in northern Utah. Candice in Management is so sweet and always very helpful! The pool and community amenities are so nice and cleaned often. Every resident I knew was also very sweet and friendly, as well as their pets.

I’ve lived at Coyote creek for about a year and a half now. The management is great, if I ever have an issue with upstairs neighbors, something that needs to be fixed or just the surrounding area they are always on top of it. The pool area is always clean and open year round which my roommate and I love, you have the pool in the summer and the hot tub in the winter. The apartment comes with washer and dryer which was super convenient. Overall a very good community to live in!

I just moved into a two bedroom apartment one month ago. I have nothing but positive things to say about management, employees, and the property itself. The application process itself was straightforward and quick and all of my questions were answered timely and in writing. Kim, the manager is a Angel, always helpful and friendly and kind. I live in one of the 3-story townhomes and have lived here since May of 2021. First, the good... This is a new property - less than two years old - and the build is very high quality. I never hear noise from the neighbors, which for someone like me who works varying hours common to shift work, needs sleep at all hours around the clock. My sleep has yet to be disturbed, regardless of the time of day/night. The office manager, Kim, is highly skilled and experienced. She is generally on top of any issues before I even realize something could be an issue. She's also a resident of the complex, which I have found to be such an asset. She usually knows when things are an issue before I do! My unit is equipped with Whirlpool Gold appliances. The floors and countertops are beautiful, and the AC/heat works quite well. I have two dogs, and since this is an apartment, obviously no dog-door, as they have been used to for most of their lives. But - there are two areas of grass right next to my unit, and one even has dog clean-up stations to keep the grass areas clean and sanitary. Management is careful to enforce having leashed animals, and dangerous breeds are prohibited. They're also working on building two dog parks - one for smaller and one for bigger dogs! So if you're a pet owner, you won't be disappointed. The location is perfect for me. It's not in the center of St. George, where, unfortunately, infrastructure has not kept up with growth, which can lead to a bit of traffic now and again. Instead, it's in a relatively new area of Washington, Utah, located north of St. George. Wal Mart, Albertsons, Costco, and Home Depot are less than 5 minutes away. In fact, this location is so idea, almost everything is about a 10-15 minute drive. Interstate 15 is a 3 minute drive, and yet the traffic noise from the interstate is not noticeable at all. A bus route passes just to the west of the complex with a bus stop a mere five minute walk away. The view is spectacular. My work-from-home office is in a bedroom on the third floor of the unit that faces north towards a mountain. Whether it's snow covered, a rain storm is overhead, or it's the heat of summer, the view is always breath taking. The complex is well-maintained. I noticed in a few previous reviews some complaints about trash piling up or units not being properly maintained, but that has not been the experience of me or my neighbors in the townhomes at all. The pool area includes a jacuzzi and gas grills. It's connected to the adjacent clubhouse that's equipped with a workout room, bathrooms with showers, and a gourmet kitchen. Outside in the pool area, there is a nice sitting area with a gas firepit. There are frequent community events, and they're perfect for both kids and adults alike. The townhomes have attached garages. There is covered parking available for the other units here for an extra charge. Otherwise, there is plenty of uncovered parking. Also centrally located is an area of parking for RVs and vehicles towing trailers/boats. There are a few areas that have some room for improvement: Maintenance issues can sometimes be slow to be resolved. This complex has grown to quickly, maintenance staff has not kept up. Management is working on getting fulltime staff hired. The amenities at the complex are perfect – IF you are someone who works “regular” hours. If you’re someone like me who works shift-work and may not work standard hours, you’ll find the amenities largely unavailable. The clubhouse, pool, and workout areas are all time-restricted and cannot be accessed after 10pm – something I find immensely frustrating. At every previous apartment complex at which I’ve resided, all amenities were available 24/7, but “quiet hours” were enforced. I wish that policy would be adopted here. Instead, I’m having to pay for a gym membership and largely go without access to the pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse. In summary, I love it here. Other than some growing pangs, this is truly one of the best places to live in the area!

When my partner and I moved here in May, 2021, it was quite sudden. We have two small dogs and needed a garage and those two things make a rental challenging in this area. When we identified Coyote Creek as a possible option, everything was up in the air due to the construction that was still ongoing. Needless to say, Kim was able to take charge and had a certificate of occupancy before we arrived with a truck full of stuff. She mentioned some of the challenges that come along with new builds so we were prepared for what to expect. Overall, I've met some great folks and made good friends. The pool and amenities are wonderful and we just signed a new lease. Thanks for all you do!

We moved all the way across the country to Coyote Creek and we're extremely relieved to find such a wonderful community of people waiting for us when we arrived. The location is close to all of the hustle and bustle of St. George and highways, but the property feels somewhat secluded from the main roads. The apartments are very modern and well maintained. I love the tall ceilings, kitchen island, balcony, and floors. The model homes/pictures on the site are very close to the reality of what we got upon move in. The property feels clean and well taken care of (a little confused reading some of these other reviews, honestly). What I like — perhaps most of all — is that the office management staff (Kim & Grace) are extremely warm individuals who will do anything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've really been enjoying some of the events they have been putting on for community members recently. All things considered, it's a really great place to live.
