I’ve lived at Coyote Creek Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say the experience just keeps getting better especially thanks to the amazing team here! Michal is truly incredible always professional, kind, and willing to go above and beyond for residents. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and everyone living here. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel valued and heard every single time. Michal consistently demonstrates an impressive level of professionalism and kindness. She takes the time to listen and ensures every concern is handled promptly and respectfully. Her communication skills and positive attitude truly set the tone for the community. TJ, the new manager, has been an absolute breath of fresh air! You can already see the positive changes around the property since he stepped in. He’s approachable, attentive, and truly listens when residents have concerns or suggestions. He’s exactly the kind of leader every apartment community needs. His leadership is evident through the improvements already visible around the property. He approaches every situation with integrity and attention to detail, and his ability to connect with residents makes a noticeable difference. And Vaughn, one of the most reliable and hardworking maintenance professionals I’ve ever encountered. He responds quickly, communicates clearly, and always ensures that repairs are done correctly the first time. His pride in his work shows through the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the property. He deserves so much recognition! He’s quick to fix any maintenance issues, super friendly, and always greets you with a smile. He takes pride in his work, and it really shows in how well the property is kept up. It’s rare to find a team that works this hard and cares this much. Coyote Creek is lucky to have them, and so are the residents! I hope their management knows what a fantastic job they’re all doing , because they’ve truly made this place feel like home.

TJ is incredible. I have never been helped to get into apartment so fast so quickly so kindly!!! I used to own a Real Estate Mortgage Company and I would hire him and Michal.. in a minute… and I am super picky. I first was told about Michal by an apartment manager from somewhere else and she knows about Michal from other people who have moved here and they are so happy. Michal and TJ are such an incredible team. I am moving in today and I came in late in the afternoon on Friday.. They had me approved on Monday. So grateful so grateful!! Thank you for their services.. and their professionalism, and their attention to detail.

It’s amazing to live here for our first home we got Vanessa and Michell are really good especially on rent me and my finance moved here a month ago and we appreciate what they did for us and hope to see more and more improvements down the road, we love the community and the residents!! 🥰🩵

I’ma new resident at Coyote creek, the reason I chose this property to move to was because Vanessa, Mickell , and Vaughn were so friendly and professional while giving a very inviting atmosphere. Then I saw the unit that was available and it was bright, beautiful and well maintained. I’m so excited to live here!

Each morning I wake up with a view of the majestic Pine Valley Mtns... The apartments are spacious, the walls well built (keeping the community mostly quiet), and the amenities are diligently maintained. Love the staff down in the office and the maintenance people!! From my experience, everyone is super helpful in any way they can be! I've lived all over the country in many different apartments and this has definitely been the best experience I've had by far! -Jeff L

I moved from Las Vegas, and it was a breath of fresh air right off the bat. First place I saw in person, and I liked it enough to apply then and there, and with the help of both the ladies in the office, I was able to see a place, and go through the process to apply and rent. I much prefer digital data entry for any application so I was secretly relieved to see that we could exchange a few emails with links to sites with everything needed, and I was able to do everything application wise on my phone, and I actually moved my stuff in the next day, and it was smooth. After seeing the place, right from their couches in the office lobby area we were able to do the entire process on the spot in an efficient way. (I'm sure they had paper had that been desired, but absolutely not be me). I also thought it was nice... after move-in ... (after I ignored the number for a couple of days that I didn't recognize and should have answered since I had some information, but was the office), the politeness when I eventually ended up stopping by to finalize it. When I stopped in, she was genuinely hoping everything was alright with me being MIA, and I thought that was nice and worth mentioning and leaving a review for... as Las Vegas had no such politeness. I like the place a lot and it has been a quite pleasant experience.

Have not rented here but residents say they love it and this is a very nice community. They also offer elevators for those who don’t live in their townhomes. Seems like a great place to live and much better than aspire
