APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Washington

We just moved in and I will have to say that this is one of if not the best apartments that I have ever had the pleasure of living in. The moment we walked in the door not only did it look clean it smelt clean as well. Nice and quiet. Plenty of wide open parking. The girls in the office were friendly and nice. Answered every question we had. Made moving in easy ( the only hiccups were on my end.) Love this place so far. Hope to be able to call this place home for the fore seeable future.

I moved into the Coyote Creek Apartments in June of 2023. Candice single handedly helped me get my application approved. I have loved living here! I love the updated features, from the countertops to the floors. I live in a town-home, and I have never heard my neighbors through the walls. While I have not had a need for any repairs, Rudy has always been super responsive to any requests I have had. This is a very pet friendly community, and the grounds are well maintained.

I loved living at this apartment complex! Candice and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with and have always been so helpful. Beautiful complex with fun amenities and activities and it’s in a perfect location. I definitely recommend these apartments :)

We moved into Coyote Creek last week and they have been so kind, helpful and timely with everything! Our AC went out on move in day and they jumped into action right away to make sure everything got fixed! They really seem to care about the residents and we have felt so welcome! 💕

We called Coyote Creek home for nearly 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The amenities were excellent and always well maintained. The maintenance worker Rudy was very intelligent and helpful. Candice in the office was always friendly and made us feel like part of the community. I have nothing but great things to say about Coyote Creek apartments and it's staff. I would highly recommend calling this place home.

We absolutely loved living at Coyote Creek! We spend a little over a year here and we’re blown away by the wonderful community and staff. After just a few months we were able to upgrade from a 1bd/1ba to a 2bd/2ba when one became available super easily and smoothly! Maintenance is always quick and well-done. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make living at Coyote Creek a wonderful experience.

My wife and I lived here for a year and enjoyed it. Candice and Rudy were great. We moved away only because of special circumstances, but we highly recommend this complex!

We lived here for a year with our two little dogs and loved it!! Not only was the neighborhood super clean and quiet but we also loved the property management, 10/10 would recommend :)
