APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Washington

I moved in about a month ago and i was in between another place and this one and let me say i am so happy i chose this apartment. i got a one bed one bath and the first thing i noticed was the high quality of the appliances, floors, carpet, and walls. the apartments are very quiet i only ever hear footsteps (very faint) above us but no sound to the left or right where we have neighbors. Candice was amazing, i’m usually more of a pessimist when it comes to stuff like getting approved and i make things harder than they are. it was very fast and simple to get us in here and Candice was so much help when it came to any hurdles my boyfriend and i had to get through. we were on a time crunch and she got us in within the week of the tour. Great community. Everyone i’ve met so far has been super nice. the internet was annoying to set up but no fault to the apartment complex. If you’re looking into renting i would definitely say this is a great place to live.

I have lived here for two years now and have no complaints! The office staff, Candice and Michal, are wonderful and they are easy to work with. Just renewed for another year!

I definitely give this place 5 stars because of Candice! She is absolutely amazing, anytime we needed something she has been right on it. Candice has gone above and beyond for my family and we are so grateful she is here.

We are very happy living here. The management are excellent, Candice is very nice, friendly, always lisen and answer all our questions or concerns. Maintenance response is very quick. We highly recommend living here.

I absolutely LOVE living here!!!! The place is BEAUTIFUL!! Most people will come on here and complain about prices, and clearly they’ve never lived anywhere overpopulated that truthfully rips you off! The staff is amazing, it always feels like I’m being welcomed by my family when I come into the office. Candice did my tour when I first looked into the townhome, and she was so welcoming and relatable! The maintenance team has been very helpful and is always busy at work making the buildings look better!

These apartments are great! The office staff are wonderful and are a reason why I moved here. I moved here from Texas and the application/move-in process was a breeze!

I love this complex, all the staff is so nice. Communication is amazing & they are so easy to talk to. Candice is amazing, she is always happy and outgoing when it comes to the people in the complexes. She works so hard to get everything done right and she does make sure all rules are followed and laid out fairly.

We have been very happy living here. The setting is gorgeous with breathtaking views from every side of the property. It is quiet and very well maintained. Management is excellent and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Loved living in this community! They were great with my dogs, and the units were beautiful! I lived here for 2 years and only moved due to relocating to be near family in northern Utah. Candice in Management is so sweet and always very helpful! The pool and community amenities are so nice and cleaned often. Every resident I knew was also very sweet and friendly, as well as their pets.
